Scott Bernstein, founder of The Law Office of Scott A. Bernstein, PLLC, was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He attended the University of Houston, where he graduated on the Dean’s List with a B.S. in Economics and a Minor in Globalization of Business and Entrepreneurship from the Bauer College of Business. Scott then pursued his legal education at Thurgood Marshall School of Law.

While at Thurgood Marshall, Scott was a tutor for multiple classes and actively participated in the mock trial competition program. He earned various accolades, including multiple CALI Excellence for the Future Awards and the prestigious 2020 Buck J. Wynne Scholarship from the Energy and Natural Resource Section of the Texas State Bar. Scott graduated Magna Cum Laude in the top 15% of his class.

Scott practices both Criminal and Personal Injury Law, bringing a wide breadth of knowledge to each case.
